By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in this policy. As an independent artist running this business alone, I take great care in creating, packing, and shipping your items.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

Most items in my shop are final sale due to the nature of how they’re made and handled. This includes books, handmade products, and personal goods that cannot be resold once opened or used.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS REFUND POLICY

Books (Final Sale)
Books cannot be returned or refunded. They can be easily damaged and are typically non-returnable. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Handmade Items (Final Sale)
Handmade products are created individually by me. Because of their unique nature, all handmade items are final sale.

Clothing (Case by Case)
Because clothing can be worn, washed, or returned in unsellable condition, I do not accept returns on clothing that has been worn, washed, or damaged.
However, if there is a clear, unused, unworn item issue (such as a major misprint or the wrong size sent by mistake), please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos.
I will review it on a case-by-case basis.
This protects you while still allowing flexibility in rare situations.
Wrong Item Received
If I made an error and sent the wrong item, I will correct it.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Worn or washed clothing

  • Used items

  • Books

  • Handmade goods

  • Custom items

  • Digital products and services

  • Sale items
     

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly.
I cannot replace or refund items damaged or lost during shipping.

This is a one-woman, independent artist business. Every order is packed by me with care. Thank you for respecting these guidelines, supporting my work, and helping keep my shop running smoothly.
