I am an independent artist and small business owner. All products are prepared, packed, and shipped by me. By placing an order on this site, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this shipping policy.
SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS
All orders are shipped from Georgia, USA.
I process orders within 3–5 business days, depending on order volume and the type of item purchased. I ship Monday through Saturday.
No orders are shipped on Sundays or holidays.
I currently ship within the United States only.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
I do my best to pack and ship your order quickly. Since I run this business alone, I appreciate your patience and understanding during the process.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier used.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. I cannot replace or re-send items that were delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. I am unable to replace items affected by carrier issues.
Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature at delivery to ensure safe receipt.

This entire shop is run by me — one artist, one creator, one pair of hands doing everything from crafting to packaging to shipping.
